The Role:

This role is responsible for managing brand’s paid media, work closely with communications content team. Drive the strategic development and execution of high-touch customer experiences in social and digital media that drive community, corporate website (eCommerce), and brand advocacy. Coordinate the execution of campaigns across multi-platform customer engagement programs and ensure alignment with 360 marketing plans to strengthen consistency across all touch points.


Reports to: Manager – Digital Marketing


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic digital marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Work with media agency on digital media strategy development, and optimize online media investment effectively through clear tracking and summary to maximize sales
  • Provide cross-analysis of the results of digital marketing programs, e.g. advertising, social media, emailing, and the performance of key business metrics including site traffic, new customers acquisition, conversion on a regular basis
  • Responsible for website analysis and performance optimization through SEO/SEM, UI/UX, CMS management etc.
  • Works closely with CRM team to generate new insights and recommends eCRM programs to support eCom sales and customer acquisition
  • Competent in leading and managing interactive projects, including complex, dynamic website 
  • Effectively manage key agencies (design, media, search, and database agency) to build strong partnership and ensure service quality and initiatives  
  • Stay acquainted with latest digital trend and market best practices


Job Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 6 years’ experience in digital marketing related field, preferably in luxury and prestige industry
  • Strong knowledge in digital marketing, database marketing and e-Commerce
  • Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of digital analytic tools, good time management, and attention to details
  • Exposure to iOS, Android and Windows Phone mobile application projects a definite advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese with the ability to write outstanding proposals
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills
