Trade Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
The Trade Executive is responsible for developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand presence in POS. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, s to ensure alignment with brand objectives and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade plan deployment (50%):
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and materials to effectively promote products in-store (Communication – POSM, GWP, Trade Activations, etc.)
- Take responsibility for visual merchandise all channels following brand guideline and fundamental framework (Availability - Assortment, Merchandising, Planogram).
- Control quality of BA part-time and agency (Product training, Activation scorecard, PG KPI, Agency Management).
- Monitor promotion execution in all channels, measure all key performance indicators and report to Trade Marketing Manager.
- Manage trade budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Plan and execute trade events/activation
- Data analysis and reporting (30%):
- Monitor and analyze the performance of trade marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets.
- Channel/category/shopper/customer research (retail audit, customer satisfaction, shopper insight, channel segmentation, in-store audit).
- Measure promotion effectiveness.
- Other tasks assigned by manager (20%):
- Work closely with Sales/Marketing team following marketing calendar & carry out the best synergy at respective channels.
- Sales operation support.
- Other tasks assigned by Head function, line manager, Trade tactics.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing field (preferably FMCGs).
- University BA graduate level in economics, foreign trade, or marketing.
- Being fluent in English.
- Good sense of beauty/cosmetic field.
- Being proactive and taking quick actions to ad-hoc situations.
- Teamwork, can-do attitude, data analysis (Excel, PBI, etc.)
- Can work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as to engage & cooperate well in a team.
- Having experiences in building up DMS, promotion setting are advantages.
