JOB SUMMARY:

  • Manages sales in, sale out supermarkets, hypermarkets, and health and beauty stores.
  • Ensure products are well-displayed, promoted, and sold to maximize sales and market share.
  • Area of Responsibility: Guardian South

 

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Mainly in charge of MT Channels, in specific:

  • Sales Performance: Track sales, identify growth opportunities, and report KPIs.
  • Merchandising: Ensure products are well-displayed and promoted. Monitor inventory levels and avoid stockouts.
  • Promotions and Events: Plan and execute promotions and events, coordinating with KAM teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with retailers, address their concerns, and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Team Management: Lead & manage a team of Sale Representatives/ Beauty Advisor. Provide training & feedback.

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience as Sale Sup in FMCG/Cosmetics industry.
    • Bachelor's/ College degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Required skills:
    • Proven experience in sales and marketing within MT channel.
    • Strong understanding of the modern trade landscape and key players.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in using sales tools and software.
