Product Manager
Planning (20%)
- Develop a strategic IMC plan to build & promote Brand marketing aspect & manage brand marketing activities on all channels.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Commercial Team & Channel Sales Team to develop annual marketing calendars & plans for online & offline business growth.
- Lead Creativity direction
- Propose local digital marketing strategies based on Brand business plan.
- Analyze & improve the digital performance, online media budget and expected brand ranking, monitoring communications, marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and update Marketing activities promoting Brand’s competitive products.
- Manage product portfolio.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate domestic market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product.
- Support in other Brand activities
Sales target (20%)
- Implement online & offline marketing activities to strengthen Brand awareness and bring traffic to counters, and monitoring sales performance.
- Build concepts based on digital marketing strategies and brand DNA and inspire internal customers to get buy in and inputs.
Ensuring profits (5%)
- Optimize online marketing expense by combined dealings with publishers and media booking agencies
- Manage digital marketing activities within approved budget.
- Review ROI marketing activities and propose any adjustment/ investment.
Customers and other external relationships (10%)
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOL, agencies and other partners to get support when needed.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new campaign ideas to meet customer needs.
Human Resources Development (10%)
- Manage direct reports for their performance to ensure team is performing on track (e.g aligned with functional objectives, and up to expected level) as well as their professional career development.
- Coordinate with HRBP in people related matters (e.g. staffing, performance management, talent development,…)
Others (5%)
- To take other assignments as assigned by Line Manager
