MAIN PURPOSE

• Support Regional Office as SAP Maintenance Center and master data operation.
• Provides Application Managed Service (AMS) in APAC region for the various enterprise applications within master data function.
• This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP master data expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the business environment to achieve expected business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for SAP Master data function and provide domain knowledge.
• Responsible for Incidents support, Problems and Change Requests in SAP Master data function, and provide intervention guidance and proactive solutions when required.
• Guide master data owners in each affiliate markets in APAC to ensure they understand and follow the data maintenance SOPs.
• Provide stewardship on master data maintenance processes (materials, customer, vendor, GL, pricing master data, etc)
• Ensure data consistency, integrity and usability across SAP systems and modules.

• Support Master Data Incident reported with RCA and CAPA processes, and industry best practices

• Assist user in requirements gathering, preparation, and follow through of Change Requests
• Support the development of data standards by working with Global data governance team to review, approve and implement new SOP in APAC region
• Foster cross-team collaboration with other AMS members to proactively address master data challenges
• Partner with affiliates master data owners and key stakeholders in implementing regional data standards that is aligned with the global business process for seamless integration and operational efficiency
• Any adhoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years in master data management experience, preferable within SAP landscapes
• Experienced in developing and implementing methods, procedures, and processes for master data management, operation and support
• Experienced in master data integrations between SAP systems, and to 3rd parties systems
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Experience working with geographically diverse teams
• Collaborate well in cross functional matrix environment
• Good problem solving, troubleshooting skills and able to work independently
• Effectively communicates technical concepts to users and business concept to tech team
• Project management, ITIL and/or ITSM experiences
• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and functionalities
• Experience working with specific SAP modules like Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, PIR / pricing conditions etc
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal skills and proficient in English
• Ability to speak other languages will be an added advantage. Example, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia, Thai, Japanese, Korean etc
