E-commerce Key Account Supervisor
Store operations:
• Responsible for e-platform operations, including promotion planning, stocks demand forecast, customer relationship management, campaign participation management and other systematic operations tasks
• Ensure all operation tasks going smoothly (PO, credits, refunds, stocks available…) and deliver supports on time (samples, gifts...)
• Competition landscape check on a regular basis with details of competitors’ commercial & planning activities across platforms
• Cooperate with internal cross-functions (accounting, brand marketing, logistics,…) and external partners (platforms, social agencies, enablers..) to achieve the set KPIs & project objectives
• Reports & Data analysis of store operations with deep-dive insights per category/brand/plan to strengthen store performance.
NMV & P&L control:
• Responsible for account GMV with platform & Netsales with internal with strong P&L report & analysis
• Analyse store-related data and recommend improvement plans for store revenue based on results, store optimization, and merchandise ratings
• Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting
• Control & reconcile cost with distributor or platforms
