RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Category Operations:
• Responsible for e-platform operations, including promotion planning, stocks demand forecast, customer relationship management, campaign participation management and other systematic operations tasks
• Ensure all operation tasks going smoothly (PO, credits, refunds, stocks available…) and deliver supports on time (samples, gifts...) with close supervision for each team member
• Competition landscape market insights & networking knowledge to bring greater knowledge to category
• Cooperate with internal cross-functions (accounting, brand marketing, logistics,…) and external partners (platforms, social agencies, enablers..) to map out channel strategy & achieve the set KPIs & project objectives for total brands and different channels in-charge
• Reports & Data analysis of store operations with deep-dive insights per category/brand/plan to strengthen store performance.

2. NMV & P&L control:
• Responsible for account GMV with platform & Netsales with internal with strong P&L report & analysis
• Analyse store-related data and recommend improvement plans for store revenue based on results, store optimization, and merchandise ratings
• Collaborate with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting
• Control & reconcile cost with distributor or platforms
• Identify opportunities to grow GMV via Buyers/ Orders/ ARPU.. and control related costs (commercial, marketing, media..) with data-driven approach per brand & channel

 

REQUIREMENT:
• Commercial driven mindset with cross-platforms knowledge including but not limited to Lazada-Shopee-Tiki-TikTok-Socom & future platforms upon business requirement, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact within team & company
• Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills to deep-dive data with insightful recommendation for improvements (advanced Excel with PowerBI, SQL.. is a plus)
• Team management with integrity and a strong sense of leadership with at least 3-4 years in KAM lead experience
