- Sales Reporting & Business Analysis
- Consolidate and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, product performance, and channel performance.
- Track key business KPIs and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and improve reporting tools and dashboards.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and business analysis as required by management.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels, stock coverage, and sell-through performance.
- Identify risks related to stock shortages, excess inventory, or slow-moving products.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure healthy inventory levels and product availability.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and inventory performance analysis.
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities.
- Budget Planning & Phasing
- Support the preparation and phasing of brand budgets by month, quarter, and year.
- Monitor actual spending versus budget allocation.
- Track budget utilization and highlight any potential risks or variances.
- Assist in forecasting sales, expenses, and investment requirements.
- Support financial planning and performance review processes for the Brand Team
- Order Processing & Offline Channel Operations
- Lead team to maintain and monitor customer trade terms, commercial agreements, rebates, and trading conditions
- Manage purchase orders by giving guidance & timely support to resolve order-related issues, including stock allocation, pricing discrepancies, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, trade agreements, and internal procedures.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
