Intern Position: HR INTERN
Objective:
- EVP (Employee Value Proposition) shaping our company's reputation as a desirable workplace through External Employer Branding and Internal Communication & Engagement
- TALENT ACQUISITION & HRBP SUPPORT: identifying and hiring top talent for an organization as well as supporting to provide great quality in implementing HRBP agenda
Key responsibilities:
1. EVP (Employee Value Proposition)
- External Employer Branding
- Develop Employer Branding Strategy including creating a compelling & comprehensive set of key Pillars with clear Intents which are in sync with Company direction, goals & values
- Execute to ensure Consistency & Momentum vs Master Plan via Digital Presence
- Internal Communication & Engagement
- Oversee Attractive & Engaging Communication, Culture & Engagement via channels: Online & Offline
2. Talent Acquisition
- Receive Hiring Needs from functions, aligns with Upper Management to proceed Hiring process & ensure full process implementation in one sync Recruitment system including: Sourcing & Lead Generation, Screening & Onboarding
3. HRBP Support
- Providing HRIS support & Operations both in system at respective in-charge functions
- Be the contact person for requests & concerns from functions

Who we are looking for?
- Final-year students/ Fresh graduates with less than 2 years of experience
- Can commit for full-time working in 6 months
