Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Activation Trade Marketing Executive to lead our in-store activities for Cosmetic brands for all channels. This role involves engaging with our target audience, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with vendors to ensure optimal performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:
1.    In-Store Activation:
o    Plan and execute promotional events and activities in Modern Trade stores to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
o    Develop engaging point-of-sale materials and displays tailored to the target audience.
2.    Vendor Management:
o    Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective execution of promotional activities.
o    Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against set KPIs, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
3.    Market Analysis:
o    Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
o    Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
4.    Training and Support:
o    Train, support, and ensure official Bas/BA part-time on brand knowledge, product benefits, and promotional activities.
o    Provide ongoing support to vendors to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
5.    Reporting and Insights:
o    Prepare regular reports on activation performance, vendor effectiveness, and market insights.
o    Share findings with the marketing team to inform future strategies.
6.    Budget Management:
o    Assist in managing the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.


Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
•    2+ years of experience in trade marketing or brand activation, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry. 
•    Strong understanding of the Modern Trade landscape and consumer behavior in the beauty sector. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. 
•    Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and assess performance metrics. 
•    Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset. 
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
