  1. Event & Launching Activation (40%)
  • Develop the annual marketing calendar for the assigned category. Define the "Win Strategy" for Hero products and New Launches.
  • Launch Excellence: Lead the 360° Go-to-Market strategy. Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Digital, PR, Training, VM) to deliver a consistent, luxurious aligning with brand DNA. 
  • Consumer Insight: Analyse HNW consumer trends and competitors to identify market opportunities and propose tactical marketing actions to the Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with Brand Guidelines and local regulations.

 

  1. Product Management & Trade Marketing (25%)
  • Manage product lifecycle, from new launches to discontinuation plans, ensuring a fresh and productive assortment.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure forecast accuracy and effective product/POSM allocation at counters.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate campaign ROI and category performance, providing insights for future planning.
  • Develop monthly counter promotion programs aligned with the annual marketing and promotion calendar.
  • Prepare monthly promotion reports to track ROI and measure promotional effectiveness.

 

  1. CRM & Data Analysis (25%)
  • Equip sales teams with impactful selling tools and marketing materials, ensuring Training teams deliver aligned messaging.
  • Analyse customer data to uncover insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop annual CRM programs to drive retail traffic, strengthen client retention, and enhance customer loyalty.
  1. Team management (10%)
  • Build strong collaboration and facilitate efficient working process with internal departments and with external partners (retailer, vendors)
  • Supervise, coach and develop team members’ competencies. Drive “Test and Learn” culture.
  • Build strong team work among team. 

REQUIREMENT:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2-3 years specifically in Product Management/Brand Management.

Mandatory: Previous experience in the Prestige/Luxury Beauty industry (Cosmetics, Skincare, Fragrance) or High-end Fashion/Lifestyle brands.

Fluent in English
