We are looking for a driven growth-minded Analyst to support our Supply Chain Strategy, S&OP Development & Performance Manager in driving strategic Supply Chain initiatives through analytics and trans functional project management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Leverage data and system capabilities to identify insights through standardized or ad hoc analyses : be able to take advantage of a large amount of quantified information, understand the projects and the issues to offer a synthetic vision of the key figures.
  • Assist the manager on developping projects, action plans, and monitor performance as well as the timely completion of all deliverables by their owners.
  • Draft new and improve existing project management on processes, clearly documenting the newly validated procedures.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and IT teams to drive continuous improvement and incorporation of technologies for future reporting, processes & system enhancements
  • Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information and the sharing of best practices.         

                   

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or an MBA
  • A history of leading / supporting successful projects thanks to impactful analytics and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical competency, with advanced command of Excel, PowerPoint (lot of slides to do) and business intelligence softwares.
  • Ability to proactively influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to details and technicalities.
