Return To Stock-3rd Shift
The Return to Stock person performs data entry of all Production return to stock components and supplies. Assists Check Point with material management and process flow.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow all company Safety and GMP policies.
- Assists in accounting and processing of components.
- Fills out RTS documents. Performs necessary transactions in the system.
- Assists Check Point Coordinator with operations as necessary.
- Delivers all consumed work order paperwork to Production Administration for MO reconciliation.
- Assist in the implementation of department initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and process improvement.
- Interact with relevant departments to communicate production needs and process discrepancies.
- Cross train to act as a backup for Checkpoint.
- Carry out other duties to be performed as required by Production Management.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Attention to detail: Ability to produce consistent work at the same level of quality.
- Dependability: Ability to follow through on assignments and complete them in a timely and competent manner.
- Communication: Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Math: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. Ability to calculate rate, ratio, and percentage and to interpret graphs.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Physical Demands: This role has physical essential functions that require sitting, standing, and lifting for long periods of time, estimated to be over 40mins. Lifting average 10lbs-50lbs.
