Project Manager, New Product Commercialization
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing a specific portfolio of projects across multiple Contract Manufacturers to execute launches to deliver OTIF. The New Product Commercialization team is responsible for collaborating with Contract Manufacturers and all Operations cross-functional teams to ensure that all execution activities of new products are completed on time and in full per the launch timeline.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation and timely execution of an achievable, efficient production schedule for a group of Contract Manufacturers (domestic and International) for new product launch.
- Assess, validate, and track Contract Manufacturer timelines and aid in keeping the team on schedule throughout the project execution life cycle.
- Partner with Material Supply Planning team to ensure timely PO placement, completion and delivery of all primary, secondary, and tertiary components needed to support launch timelines.
- Create and maintain Finished Goods Purchase Orders in SAP.
- Partner with FG Planning team to ensure successful end-to-end FG planning while transitioning of projects from launch to replenishment.
- Keep suppliers and contract manufactures accountable for timelines and communicate delays to cross-functional partners in a timely manner.
- Plan FG items in IBP system. Partner with S&OP to validate customer orders to ensure they meet MOQ, lead times, and realistic delivery dates.
- Partner with Procurement team to ensure that FG and component lead times are challenged to increase speed to market.
- Partner with Quality team and the ADC to quickly resolve quality issues that put launches in jeopardy.
- Partner with Transportation team and Contract Manufacturers to resolve system issues that prevent systematic PO completion.
- Keep track of all liabilities related to projects. Follow up to obtain credits from Contract Manufacturers as needed.

Financial Accountability
- Responsible for tracking all liabilities related to project portfolio. Ensure proper charge backs are received timely from Contract Manufacturers
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or related job experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or supply chain role
- Competent user of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- SAP and IBP experience a plus.
