JOB SUMMARY

Manage the creation and timely execution of an achievable, efficient bulk manufacturing schedule for the internal plant, that delivers the agreed upon production schedules, while maintaining lowest possible inventory levels.

Create and maintain orders within SAP, in addition to evaluating material availability to support the plan.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• You will maintain the bulk planning via SAP Planning Module          
• You will analyze the required bulk plan and partner with key stakeholders to confirm material availability
• You will work with New Product Commercialization (NPC) to establish the bulk plan for launches
• You will schedule bulk operation per designated vessel to achieve optimal equipment output           
• You will validate schedule with manufacturing team, make necessary adjustments, and obtain commitment to schedule                                                             
• You will review execution progress, expedite, and reprioritize as necessary
• You will report execution status to finished good Short Term Planning team
• You will check and execute scheduling with consideration to inventory policy and strategy                 

WHO YOU ARE 

• You have a 4-year academic degree in relevant field or related job experience
• You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supply planning role, ideally in a manufacturing or supplier environment in the consumer goods industry.
• You are a competent user of computerized IT systems – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• You have 1-2 years of experience working within an ERP/MRP environment
• You have SAP experience (preferred).
• You have knowledge of End-to-End Supply Chain Functions and Linkage
• You have knowledge of production life cycle management
• You have knowledge of TQM methodology, their application and their use towards continuous improvements.
• You are a strong communicator with organizational & problem-solving skills, that pays attention to detail.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
