JOB SUMMARY

As a business partner to the Plant leadership teams, the Manager, HRPB leads a variety of HR initiatives to support the accomplishment of key goals and objectives. Works closely with the HR Director and team on daily plant activities, projects and engagements that align with our global and regional human resources and supply network business goals and objectives.  The Manager, HRBP Is responsible for full cycle recruitment as well as the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees while providing exceptional guidance and support to employees and management on all HR related matters.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for hourly and professional level roles.
  • Ensure that all actions and decisions support our culture of People First, safety and operational excellence.
  • Actively engage and collaborate across the organization to ensure HR solutions are implemented and results are achieved.
  • Actively coach managers and supervisors regarding employee performance and employee relations issues, working collaboratively to resolve matters in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage and monitor HR dashboards maintaining a high level of real-time data analytics to drive successful workforce management, decision making and policy design.
  • Monitor turnover and develop strategies to maintain and enhance high morale/engagement/DEI and retention.
  • Work with management to identify training needs and implement training solutions the support employee education on a variety of topics.
  • Ad hoc projects as necessary

 

WHO YOU ARE 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree with an advanced degree and/or equivalent HR certification preferred
  • 5+ years of HR experience with minimum of 3 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish languages (highly preferred)
  • Experienced at owning full cycle recruiting (sourcing, interviewing, scheduling) for hourly, manufacturing positions
  • Will work on-site a minimum of 3 days/week (Hybrid schedule)
  • Willing and able to work at both a strategic and operational level and can pivoting quickly and fluidly between the two
  • A proven leader with the ability to influence and garner results both up and down the organization
  • You have strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and project management skills and make sound decisions based on factual data
  • Act with the highest level of integrity, empathy and confidentiality.
