Job Summary: 

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting with the development and execution of reporting and analytical tools needed to audit and drive the governance within the Material Information Master (MIM) team. The tools will turn data into actionable knowledge that will enable the business to drive results and increased standardization across the brands.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Under the leadership of the department Director, will support the creation of new and/or audit of existing performance dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with senior leadership.
  • Coordinate the master data analysis on the unconstrained production plan from SAP IBP solution and reports key metrics to senior leadership
  • Distributes and tracks completed actions from cross functional teams on the unconstrained production plan
  • Creates and executes weekly validation reports of various Master Data objects to support data quality improvements
  • Performs data analysis and cleansing for month end and project related tasks to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and complete
  • Participates in process improvements and projects, supporting master data initiatives.
  • Collaborates with team members to continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.
  • Optimize and Standardize workflows across brands
  • Establish Data stewardship
  • Serve as resource for data management and reporting
  • Travel to work with stakeholders in person regardless of location

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • College Degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or Engineering B.S.
  • 1- 2 years of experience (including strong internships and/or co-op) with data quality or data analysis required
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros)
  • Strong Programming skills (OLAP, ETL, SQL, VBA)
  • Strong Documentation Skills
  • Strong Database Skills
  • Strong communication skills to influence using analytics to challenge the data and support stakeholders to drive for results
  • Able to handle multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Able to learn systems quickly
  • Strong analytics skills (programmatic and conceptual)
