Job Summary:

The End User Services, Technician serves as the secondary IT End User Services Support technician for the SAI & 50 Millstone East Windsor, NJ location. This individual’s primary responsibility is the ownership of tier-two through tier-three level troubleshooting, of the desktop environment and the forward-looking strategy and architecture of the desktop environment of tomorrow. This individual will focus on maintenance and support of our manufacturing, warehouse and production floor computing environments, development and delivery of superior customer service initiatives. The individual will also need to provide support of the server and storage and network environment for both locations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing on-site support for at least 300 End-users in a rapidly growing environment
  • Provide level 2 & 3 face to face support for issues that include Network Connectivity, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Polycom Phones, A/V Setups, etc.
  • Responsible for working and logging all support related tickets into our IT instance of ServiceNow
  • Directly work with Warehouse workers, Line Workers, Corporate and IT personal daily
  • Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends and some holidays)

  • Director, Network Engineering & Operations
  • VP, Operations and Services

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • 5+ Years of industry experience including but not limited to desktop engineering experiences, analyzing, designing, building and deploying desktop solutions into a production environment
  • Minimum 5+ years of customer service experience troubleshooting end user technology in a fast-paced environment
  • Bulk manufacturing and production environment experience a plus
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Use of Windows (XP, Win7, Win8.1, 10, Server), Citrix, and SCCM 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills     
  • Strong organization skills including follow-through/ups
