Product Manager Fragrances Brands
As a Product Manager for the Fragrance Portfolio, you will play a crucial role in aligning the brand’s marketing plans with the company’s strategic objectives, positioning, and operational goals. You will propose, develop, and implement marketing strategies to meet these objectives, collaborating closely with the brand team and adhering to Global/EMEA guidelines. Your initiatives will focus on tailoring marketing activations to the specific needs of the region.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fragrance Portfolio Management
- Oversee novelties, relaunches, and discontinuations, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market demands.
- Keep stakeholders informed and updated on portfolio changes.
Market Launch Planning
- Lead the planning and execution of market launches, including forecasting novelties and developing pricing strategies.
- Analyze business performance and report findings to stakeholders.
Marketing Calendar Execution
- Support the execution of the marketing calendar, focusing on comprehensive launch plans and maintaining visibility for key product lines.
- Collaborate with various departments and distribution partners to ensure seamless execution.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSABILITIES:
Marketing
- Lead portfolio review meetings and ensure clear communication of action plans.
- Maintain and update the master assortment, informing all stakeholders.
- Manage product listings and required assets for novelties across key retailers.
- Drive launch plans for key products in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely execution and comprehensive launch strategies.
- Monitor the performance of new launches and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate strategic, consumer-focused product offers for retailers.
- Develop and manage gift set roadmap strategy in collaboration with markets, retailers, and EMEA.
- Work with the Marketing Manager on media strategies, including e-retail media.
- Collaborate with the PR team to drive branded consumer events and boost brand awareness.
- Share opening decks with EMEA to align distribution strategies.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, e-commerce, retail, supply chain, and communication teams on launch plans.
- Plan and execute consumer-facing activities like masterclasses and engagement events to enhance brand awareness.
Budget, Forecast, and Pricing Management
- Handle novelty forecasts, review quantities based on data, submit forecasts timely, and track forecasted vs ordered quantities.
- Manage pricing for novelties, ensuring profitability aligns with brand guidelines.
- Support Trade Marketing with POSM monthly orders and saleable orders, track A&P budget, and assist in P&L analysis.
Reporting and Analysis
- Create monthly reports on brand retail performance by country/channel, including brand and competition activities, and recommend action plans.
- Analyze strategic launches and brand franchises monthly, recommending actions.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for local relevancy needs or portfolio gaps.
- Prepare monthly reports, launch deck proposals, and post-campaign reports for EMEA.
- Provide PO support for marketing activities consistent with the A&P budget.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong understanding of fragrance market dynamics and consumer behavior in the Middle East.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or related fields with a passion for Fragrances. .
- Proven track record in managing and executing 360° marketing plans in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in adapting to challenges, fostering excellence, and guiding communications with stakeholders: regional office, Global brand holder, distribution partners, and retailers.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and strategic decision-making.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with excellent communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.
- Effective collaboration skills for working across departments and with external partners.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
