Marketing Coordinator - Fix term contract
ORGANIZATION
- Reports to Regional Trade Marketing Executive

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the team to build the regional trade plans for all fragrance brands.
- Aligning with suppliers and malls / retailers for permits and space bookings.
- Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to make sure the trade activations start on time, with all relevant tool (POSM/VM guidelines/ freelancer training ) to successfully reach set KPIs.
- Support commercial team with on field marketing assistance during first day of trade activations.
- Analyze trade animation performances in terms of ROI and Sell Out results, and updating trade marketing calendar on regular basis/
- Prepare and share a quarterly newsletter with all initiatives taking place in the following months across all fragrance brands ( NR, IM, SL, TB, ZV) .
- Support marketing team with ppt presentation for retailers and internal meeting.
- Share available assets and guidelines with key stakeholders like retailers/distributors/suppliers for new product launches, social media visibility and trade activations to ensure consistency and guidelines respect of the brand image.
- Supporting with visual merchandising implementation by liaising with suppliers, commercial team and retailers.
- Support E-trade team with online exposures activations.
- Monitor and track competitors activities (offline / online) and share best practices internally .
- Support with office monthly orders across different marketing departments and update spreadsheets/inventories.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks, including raising POs and update PO tracker, to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
PROFILE:
- Experience 1 year in a marketing preferably within retail industry.
- Ability to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders, making things happen.
- Dynamic, positive thinking, strong analytical skills.
- Team worker, passionate and driven personality with excellent communication.
- Ability to multitask, work at pace.
- Attention to detail and organization
- Proficient communication in English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of the Middle East market and the consumer of this region
