Job purpose
Finance Analyst
- Control and report on freight out expenses to optimize logistics costs.
- Monitor and analyze personnel costs to ensure alignment with budgeted figures.
- Oversee general and administrative (G&A) expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage and maintain the BI tool for accurate data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare and submit budgeting figures in financial systems in a timely manner.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between budgeted and actual figures.
- Prepare and communicate Flash Finance report
- Maintain and track accruals and provisions
- Consolidate financial files and reports for comprehensive analysis and review.
- Conduct reconciliation exercises to ensure data integrity
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review
- Participate in the development and enhancement of financial processes and tools
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis

Preferred Skills and experience
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
- 3/4 years of experience in Finance, ideally with Business Finance/Controlling experience
- High Controlling and Analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of Financial reporting flows
- Excellent computer skills, including financial tools and ERP
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills
- High Communication skills and assertiveness/ agility and business acumen
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident, respect of deadlines and commitment
