MISSION
•The Retail Manager is responsible for ensuring the sell out results in the United Arab Emirates (DUBAI or rest of the emirates) through strong team leaders and Beauty Consultants.
•In this position they are responsible for team leaders and Beauty Consultants in their Cluster.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Managing teams of Beauty Consultants:
•
oValidate the schedules, holidays and sick leaves to ensure the counter cover meets the requirements.
oImplement monthly targets aligned with Commercial manager for the team leaders & Beauty consultants in line with sell-out ambition of each brand and territory.
oDaily follow up on sales achievements vs targets, propose solutions to catch up and achieve target where required
oComplete monthly team leader and BC commission files.
oInitiate, plan and execute BC incentives /line targets for new launches or stock depletion
oRecruit and manage performance of the team leaders and BCs and when necessary, put in place development plans
oExecute monthly team leaders and BC meetings.
oConduct yearly appraisals to all beauty consultants and team leaders.
•2. Sell-out and Brand Performance:
oTo achieve Sell-out targets for all Brands as per Company ambitions.
oMaintain & increase brand ranking & MS in each store at his cluster.
oPropose action plans to increase So & MS sharing best practices of competition.

•3. Orders and Inventory management:
oBased on stock on hand and market needs shared by the team leaders, share qualitative input on monthly order recommendations.
oFollow up on timely order placement.
oFocus on depleting discontinued SKUs and slow movers to reduce return amounts by setting special targets for the BCs and team leaders.
•4. Execution of Visual Merchandising and Trade animations:
oShare with team leaders and BCs the latest merchandise planograms
oSupervise the implementation of the planograms in line with Brand guidelines
oMaintain the overall aesthetics of the store to align with brand standards
oEnsure excellent execution of in-store events, podiums and exposures
oShare post-event reports with results, ROI, learnings, and key takeaways
