Area Sales Manager - Export Market - Arabic Speaker
MISSION
Develop Shiseido Group business for Fragrance, Make-up and Skincare categories, with distributors on the markets in his scope. Fully responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies both long and short term based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth on the respective markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- A passion for beauty, and cosmetics industry
- At least 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing or sales roles involving working with distributors in Beauty , Fashion and or FMCG sector
- Extensive experience in the Middle East region and experience in working with distribution partners Proven track record of managing brand strategy implementation, budget, and planning with hand on approach
- Strong time management and operational excellence
- Strategic thinking and numbers acumen
- Strong negotiation skills
