As a Clé de Peau Beauté Therapist / Assistant Business Manager, you will need to be authentic in your approach, elegant in your service and presentation, and dedicated to the brand and your clients. An expert in skincare and an experienced aesthetician, you will be introducing your clients to our luxurious skincare products through an array of exquisite treatments carried out in our private beauty room. You’ll be determined to drive sales and deliver the best in customer service at all times, building a loyal customer base along the way.       

 

Key Responsibilities:

Beauty Room

  • Conduct all Clé de Peau Beauté facial treatments to the highest possible standard
  • Maximise beauty room occupancy
  • Effectively track occupancy and sales in accordance with beauty room targets and KPI goals
  • Drive sales through facial treatments
  • Drive client loyalty through effective clientelling and diary management
  • Recruit new beauty room clients, through proactive networking both in store and externally
  • Ensure that treatment room and tools are well maintained and fully stocked at all times

Sales

  • Drive sales to achieve personal retail targets and KPI goals
  • Support business manager to achieve account retail targets
  • Actively approach and engage customers to introduce the brand, products and treatments

 

Customer Service

  • Represent the brand by delivering a consistent best in class service experience
  • Using your knowledge and expertise to educate the customer on the benefits of a full regime
  • Deliver a complete customer journey and confidently build rapport in order to build a loyal customer base
  • Drive loyalty through effective clientelling
  • Delivering each customer experience with elegance and refinement

 

Brand Standards

  • Represent the brand and company at all times by following grooming guidelines with impeccable standards, reflecting the height of luxury
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all ranges and products within the portfolio
  • Willingly invite feedback from management and Training, and apply to continuously develop
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are adhered to at all times
  • Maintain awareness of competitor and industry activity and feedback to your line manager

 

Administration

  • Track all personal sales and KPI achievements on a daily, weekly, monthly basis using the company reporting structure
  • Adhere to company reporting deadlines
  • Ensure all reports are completed accurately and in full
  • Maintain an awareness of stock management procedures in your store, and communicate any potential stock issues with your line manager in a timely fashion=

 

We are looking for someone who is:

  • An experienced therapist with a recognized beauty therapy qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 / BTEC in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years therapist experience, working in a spa or luxury retail environment
  • Passionate and experienced in luxury retail
  • Target driven
  • Proactive
  • Confident and approachable
  • Organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • A team player
  • Dedicated to the brand and the customer
  • Authentic
