Job Summary

  • This position, Sr. Engineer, IT System, manages a cross-functional team consisting of IT production support, vendor management, network design / support, data center operations, messaging, change control and day to day system support. A primary focus for the Infrastructure Managed Services Lead is to ensure effective and efficient delivery of infrastructure services to support business operations.  Strong skill in setting up & managing resources in Azure cloud environment. The Infrastructure Managed Services Lead will require strong technical knowledge and is skilled in applying procedures, policies, and methodologies across the IT landscapes. The IMS Lead will stay abreast of the industry standards for his/her field of specialization.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Assist with the development of an overarching framework to guide the design and delivery of technology in support of business processes, reporting and analytics.
  • Oversight of the IT infrastructure service delivery provided by multiple vendors within the region while managing the complexity of changing priorities and delivery timelines
  • Provide expertise and technical support to both business led and IT projects/new initiatives
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of Infrastructure Operations, continuous service improvement roadmap in coordination with colleagues and peers
  • Effectively manage infrastructure issues/risks and escalate as appropriate
  • Manages production environment(s) and coordinates incident management activities
  • Analyzes incident criticality. Acts as incident manager, provides guidance and coaching and/or handles escalated issues to ensure timely mitigation of impact.
  • Identifies business impacts of incidents and engages relevant stakeholders.
  • Reviews and approves notices regarding an incident. Ensures message is accurate and complete.
  • Effectively integrates across all functions to support the successful execution of the Service and Application Support Teams
  • Monitors the quality of any vendor service transition, reporting on any trends, issues, and achievements
  • Manages communications with all stakeholders to ensure effective handover of new and changed IT Services into the operations environment, such as SLA provision to include IT / business internal and external stakeholders



  • Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
  • 5+ Years of related experience in infrastructure operations
  • Understands enterprise Infrastructure issues and factors them into decisions and recommendations.
  • In-depth knowledge of responsible technical areas.
  • Exposure to enterprise applications, solutions, and data center infrastructures.
  • Performance Management of Network and Voice Infrastructure.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting cloud technologies (ex. Azure & some AWS)
  • Familiar with all IT functions and services
  • Understanding of the organization’s goals, values, and objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
