Job Location: Debenhams Chester
Contract type: Permanent Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

With a selective distribution, your voice is always heard in Shiseido and you have the opportunity to make a real impact on the business and you will be empowered to take accountability for driving your own business. Following Shiseido’s innovative ways, you will use your networking skills to recruit new customers and continue to delight existing ones, keeping your goal of exceeding counter sales targets in mind. Partnering closely with your Area Manager, Education and HR, you will draw on your management experience to build and deliver a business plan that will drive KPI’s across the team and deliver results. PROFILE

  • Demonstrable Retail Management experience
  • Business Management experience
  • Strong experience in artistry, ideally with a qualification
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Area Manager on business performance
  • Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets within the team
  • Excellent communicator
  • Experience in coaching and developing others
