JOB DESCRIPTION
You will support the Shiseido Group Marketing team to build, implement and manage our marketing and PR strategies for our Designer Fragrance Brands (Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Zadig & Voltaire, Max Mara), and our skincare brands, Shiseido and Drunk Elephant.
You will take ownership to ensure a completely consistent brand look and feel across all channels by leading across all retail and launch marketing activities, maintaining a 360 approach. Through your skills and marketing expertise, you will work cross functionally to align a marketing calendar that delivers on sales and profit objectives, customer acquisition and retention and maximizes brand awareness.
ORGANISATION
- Reports to: Véronique Sallustin, Marketing & PR Director
- Collaborate with the Key Account Manager, Training Manager, Customer Service and External agencies.
- Manage: 2 Marketing assistants
- Job Location: Brussels, 5 days, 3 days at the office.
- Contract type: 9 months (1 May 2026 – 31 January 2027)
TASKS
- Execute, implement and monitor the annual marketing strategies across diverse distribution channels in line with global and country objectives, in order to increase market penetration and profitability.
- Drive 360* marketing plans to maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Contribute to growth by driving new product launches and core products. Follow-up on COOP plans and other Marketing activities.
- Assist in brand forecasting for new launches to ensure accuracy in demand planning and alignment with sales.
- Support on PR events and seedings.
- Follow-up on launches with VM and POSM updates.
- Ensure all activities are properly and timely tracked with an appropriate level of analysis that enables key learnings to improve further operation within the brand guidelines given by RQH and Global brand holder.
- Communicate and work with appropriate parties, to ensure that the visual interpretation, VM and representation of the brand is implemented in all distribution and reflects global/regional direction.
PROFILE
- Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in beauty, luxury, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of retail and digital landscapes in the Belux market.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a great eye for details.
Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
