Marketing Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will assist the marketing team in promoting all the Shiseido group brands on the Belgian market while working together with the sales teams and other stakeholders.

You will anticipate the needs of the consumers and the changes in the market: It is your job to propose and defend an effective marketing approach according to the needs and expectations of the consumers.

ORGANISATION

• Reports to: Product Manager 
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team (Assistant + Director), Key Account Manager, Training Manager, Customer Service and External agencies.
• Job Location: Brussels, 5 days, 3 days at the office.
• Contract type: 9 months (1 May 2026 – 31 January 2027)

TASKS

• Support Trade activities with key retailers
• Develop visual material in order to support the launches
• Working in partnership with several internal departments and external stakeholders
• Help in the elaboration of internal corporate sales cycle meetings
• Support Consumer Marketing in adapting global guidelines to local opportunities
• Contribute to Visual Merchandising decision-making and monitoring (budget, quality, delay)
• Bring support in the seeding to the press and influencers

PROFILE

• Master’s degree (preferably economics or similar degree)
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in Marketing
• You are interested in cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxury industry
• Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, French and English
• Analytical

• Result-oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible
