JOB DESCRIPTION

You will assist the marketing team in promoting all the Shiseido group brands on the Belgian market while working together with the sales teams and other stakeholders.

You will anticipate the needs of the consumers and the changes in the market: It is your job to propose and defend an effective marketing approach according to the needs and expectations of the consumers.

TASKS
 

• Manage product portfolio per channel, retailer, door type
• Support Trade activities with key retailers
• Develop visual material in order to support the launches
• Evaluate and report the performance of product launches
• Working in partnership with several internal departments and external stakeholders (creative agencies, …)
• Help in the elaboration of internal corporate sales cycle meetings
• Report and follow up on monthly retail sales (including launch reports)
• Support Consumer Marketing in adapting global guidelines to local opportunities
• Contribute to Visual Merchandising decision-making and monitoring (budget, quality, delay)
• Bring support in the seeding to the press and influencers

PROFILE
 

• Master degree (preferably economics or similar degree)
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience
• You are interested in cosmetics & beauty products and/or the luxury industry
• Excellent written and spoken communications in Dutch, French and English
• Analytical
• Autonomous team-player
• Creative and communicative
• Initiative taker
• Result oriented, passion for product, hands-on approach, pragmatic & flexible
• Enthusiastic, with an eye for details
