Job Summary:

The ideal candidate possesses full scope of relationship building, training, strong sales competency, event execution, business analysis, organizational and time management skills and store level inventory and merchandising management. Prestige Beauty Open Sell Experience (Sephora/Ulta experience is key to success). Passion for skincare, loads of energy, a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and a reputation for commitment and follow-through. The candidate must personally be focused on health and well-being. 

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales plan achievement
  • Create monthly calendar that ensures attention and focus on top performing stores
  • Participate in all retail programs/events in-store that impact brand awareness and acquisition
  • Build relationships with Retailer key leadership roles that will create business opportunities and brand support
  • Exhibit consistent passion for Drunk Elephant products and philosophy
  • Be a humble and respectful partner to Retailers and competitive brand field members
  • Frequently study Drunk Elephant Instagram, retailer websites and Drunk Elephant ratings and reviews
  • Provide feedback to Drunk Elephant management; in-store sampling, education tools, products and packaging and overall opportunities
  • Possible Management and mentorship of Sales and Education Specialist, dependent on the needs of the business
