Visual Merchandising Executive, Shiseido

MAIN PURPOSE

Visual Merchandising Executive will be responsible to create, execute and maintain all counter display materials align with the brand guidelines. In order to maximize brand visibility in stores and to incorporate with Marketing Plan.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adapt Visual Merchandising concept to local distribution constraints. Come up with the revise and present design ideas with Retailer Design Manager and Marketing Manager.
  • Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire counter.
  • Identify the Marketing’s key messages and set a clear overall merchandising image of the end result.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and legal aspects regarding production norms.
  • Liaise with suppliers and source the material elements.
  • Consolidate and align to the team and cross team.
  • Coordinate the conception, production, delivery, and installation of any kind of local specific materials.
  • Implement the creative merchandising solutions for testers units, special promotions display and other POS materials, to promote new product launches, re-promote existing products and reflect festive or seasonal themes answering local Marketing plan needs.
  • Defines and ensures high quality standards.
  • Monitor costs and ensure follow-up of the budget.
  • Negotiates with the retailers about staging and implementations.
  • Oversee the production and brief the Beauty Consultant on arranging displays.
  • Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
  • Solid experience 3-5 years in Visual Merchandising, Marketing field or similar role.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a good eye for details.
  • Strong skill in Prestige retail merchandising portfolio is a plus.
  • Ability on multi-tasking and energy to deliver with tight timeliness.
  • Excellent organizational skill, entrepreneurship and problem solving.
  • Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
  • Understands customer path and shopper experience’s rules.
  • Ability to analyse sales merchandising report and survey results.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, IIIustrator, or other visual design tools (optional).
  • Good computer skills and using software related.
  • Good command of both speaking and written English.
