IT and Business Solution Manager

MAIN PURPOSE

IT and Business Solution Manager is accountable to drive Shiseido transformation roadmap as project manager. The role will require intensive project management methodology knowledge and hands-on experience to drive of multi-infrastructure and business solution project implementation. Demonstrate a business partner role and stakeholder management capability to meet the expected outcomes and organization objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drives and manage as project manager of multi-IT and Business solution projects to ensure cost effectiveness, its timeliness and best in class and secure solutions for both IT Infrastructure and business application.
• Experience in e.g. ERP, POS, WMS, S&OP, CRM, E-COMMERCE, DWH &BI etc.
• Develop project scope document/ RFP/TOR and conduct tender.
• Search, evaluate and select right solutions and partners.
• Negotiate and verify contract terms and conditions of assigned projects e.g., deliverables.
• Develop & manage project approach and plan to manage end-to-end lifecycle of a project starting from selection till completion including stakeholder management.
• Propose new initiatives to improve business & IT performance to senior management.
• Conduct a regular meeting with business side to collect and connect need of IT and business integration form business, prioritize, and reflect them as quick win, mid-term & long-term roadmap.
• Leverage and share the best practice design to solve the level of system complexity landscape incorporating within IT team.
• Progress Management and Reporting.
• Issue and Risk Management.
• Support IT policy and guideline incorporate with global and regional IT e.g., IT security.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related fields.
• At least 7 years’ solid experience in IT and Business Solution project management working with hands-on technical leadership and 4 years of people management experience.
• Experience in Infrastructure, IT security and business application project implementation e.g. ERP, POS, WMS, S&OP, CRM, E-COMMERCE, DWH & BI etc.
• Intensive experience in project management methodology e.g., waterfall, Agile etc.
• Extensive in driving best practice and standard adoption on similar programs.
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management.
• Hands on and result oriented.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, lead change and resolve risk/issue/conflict.
• Speak and communicate both business and technical language.
• Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing technology and security trend.
• Ability to work in multinational/multicultural environment.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Good command of English (verbal and written) minimum TOEIC score 750.
• Good in MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
