Controlling Manager
About this Position
Controlling manager is responsible for managing all of the Finance activities. This position involves working with sensitive company information and communication with all brands. This position directly impacts the profitability of the organization through leading the financial analysis activities including pricing strategies, credit risk evaluations and capital project investment analysis, as well having the responsibility for the accuracy of the accounting function and financial reporting.
What you’ll do

Support in developing business models and solutions for both businesses (Prestige & Cosmetics).

Support in business planning and analyses to ensure project deliverables meet customers’ requirements and deadlines.

Provide administrative assistance to Senior Controlling Manager when needed.

Liaise with consultants and managers to document business processes effectively to sales and marketing team.

Ensure that various appropriate infrastructure elements, including documents, periodicals, manuals, policy documents, etc are kept up to date and are available.

Generate business and forecast reports for management as needed.

Assist cross-functional teams in project development and implementation activities.

Development or improvement of reporting tools for making effective business decisions.

Preparing sales and marketing cost support to commercial team.

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

Assisting Senior Controlling Manager with budgeting and all LE.
-
Ensuring all accounting practices follow legal guidelines and established accounting principles.

Working with the company financial team to create internal controls and policies.

Calculation of the rebates and commissions accrual.

Ad-hoc analysis reconcile balance sheet account ahead of the monthly reporting deadline and update the monthly sales performance.

Provide accurate and timely information to the business monthly.

Issue monthly expenses reports.

Structure cost analysis versus budget / prior / year / estimates.

Coaching, Mentoring, subordinate Controlling team member.

Performed any duties/projects as assigned.
What makes you a good fit
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar.

Understanding of basic accounting principles.

At least 5 years in Corporate finance, controller, audit, or operational FP&A at a large organization.

Minimum 3 years in Manager level.

Strong understanding of accounting under IFRS and cost accounting.

Strong financial analysis skills in sales forecasting, pricing, capital investments.

Good team player, detailed oriented and have proven project management skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Self starter with highly effective interpersonal and influencing skills required.

Proven ability to identify root causes and creatively bringing issues to resolution.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience with executive level communications/presentations. Also, must possess the ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization.

Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS office. Experience with SAP is preferred.

Good command in English.
