MAIN PURPOSE

HR Learning and Development play an important role in their company's human resources department. They plan and administer programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge to compete effectively and meet the organization's business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) program and learning management system (LMS).
• Assess and identify future and current learning needs through various sources of information such as job analysis, performance appraisals, business direction.
• Develop training roadmap, plan, and design various learning methods/solutions e.g., Blended learning 70:20:10, IDP, coaching, OJT, eLearning.
• Organize and deliver effective learning programs and solutions that enhance people skills and performance.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that learning & development solutions are implemented successfully as planned or expectation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and provide solutions for improvement.
• Prepare and manage monthly training and training budget.
• Keep up to date on learning & developments tools, trends and best practices.
• Implement L&D projects such as IDP, talent development, and/or other HR projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in HRD / L&D field with thorough understanding of learning program design and training and development.
• Creative minded who has ability to think outside of the box to deliver interactive and engaging learning experiences, flexibility, ability to multi-task and a self- starter.
• Having knowledge on computer MS Office, SAP or HR software program.
• Strong interpersonal skills, good team player and act in solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) both in Thai and English.
