Shiseido Netherlands, part of the Benelux affiliate, is located at Schiphol Airport (15 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central Station) and currently sells the following brands Shiseido, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Serge Lutens, Zadig & Voltaire, Clé de Peau Beauté, NARS, and Drunk Elephant.

 

The digital division consists of two parts: e-retail and e-commerce (DTC). E-retail refers to local online sales through partners such as Douglas, Ici Paris XL and Parfumerie.nl (13 in total). E-commerce refers to direct-to-consumer channels; shiseido.be and narscosmetics.be.

Mission :
As a Junior Digital Manager, you will contribute to shaping the digital strategy of Shiseido Benelux across e-retail and e-commerce platforms. Your role is key in enhancing the online visibility of our brands and coordinating impactful digital marketing initiatives. You will report directly to the Digital Manager and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams in The Netherlands and Belgium.

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

E-Retail

  • Set up product listings (localization of texts, assets, and implementation) across retailer websites.
  • Optimize and enrich product and brand pages (texts, visuals, banners, landing pages, videos, brand rooms, reviews, etc.) for all brands in the Benelux market.
  • Define, implement, and monitor e-retail activations on partner websites.
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for our clients’ digital teams.
  • Provide insights and support to local marketing and sales teams regarding online business performance.
  • Manage end-to-end product review campaigns for the Netherlands and Belgium.

 

E-Commerce

  • Coordinate marketing activations for DTC websites (including GWP banner creation with designers, newsletter translation (FR), and SEA briefings).
  • Manage NARS PRO admissions and support events with NARS teams.
  • Manage Shiseido blog content on SFCC and optimize website for SEO performance.
  • Maintain close collaboration with HQ teams in Paris (CRM, e-merch, etc.) for activations and optimizations.

 

Profile :

 

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, Economics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the beauty industry within a digital department (e-retail or e-commerce) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of e-retail, product listing, and online tools (media, SEO).
  • Passionate, energetic team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Hands-on, resourceful, autonomous, and highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with a business-driven approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Enthusiastic about digital innovation and future trends.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French; Dutch is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in beauty (skincare, fragrance, and makeup).
