Purpose of the Position

Be the digital solution partner for the brands, providing consumer insights by leveraging/implementing consumer data platform. Together with cross function teams, work on continuously improving and evolving the digital platform and maximizing its value.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be an integral member of the team responsible for tracking, analyzing, and evaluating digital trends for the consumer related digital platforms, helping to define and prioritize digital product roadmap.
  2. Contribute to, and work with, a user-centric product iteration process in a startup environment where rapid pivots and changes will be the norm.
  3. Be the business partner of brands, working with multi-brands and cross-functional teams at both management and employee levels for understanding the way and purpose of consumer engagement from different parties over the consumer lifetime, identifying improvement opportunity through the offering of digital capabilities.
  4. Act as business analyst of digital platform as well as business partners for helping the requirement consolidation, platform design, and solution delivery.
  5. Capture consumer insights through analyzing consumer data, including but not limited to consumer transaction data and behavior data. Design and build tags to consolidate the insights.
  6. Help to define and monitor relevant platform performance and control the measures set in place to achieve platform success.
  7. Responsible for supporting the team in an administrative capacity and manage the filing and information database.

Competency:

  • An interest in consumer-centric digital solution is essential.
  • Good communication skills and people skills.
  • Good understanding of advanced digital solutions with hands on implementation experience on Consumer Data Platform or related systems.
  • Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
  • Sound business acumen
  • Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PPT/Excel/Data Analysis skill
  • SQL language is a plus

 

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related majors
  • 3+ Years’ substantial experience in solutioning digital marketing projects with minimum 1 year of experience as product owner in marketing/campaign related digital products
