Responsibilities:

-50% in charge of digital marketing

1)20% Develop the campaign communication idea and design activations by platforms. Execute, track and optimize the performance and do post evaluation to accumulate learnings. Execute the communication and engagement plan for core pillar products, especially on social and SEM platforms.

2)10% Lead monthly digital plan and social retainer execution. Control content quality and track social report.

3)10% Initiate new digital project to support marketing campaigns and drive online/offline conversion. Research new digital tactics and co-op with corporate functions/digital media to develop and execute projects.

4) 10% Implement base on the budget and control on project management. Monthly, quarterly report to management team and future proof the KPI delivery.

-50% in charge of EC marketing

1)10% Imitate and develop EC communication strategy based on the Tmall consumer insights and brand communication calendar. Optimize related digital/social investment for better execution, tracking and optimization.

2)30% By campaign planning to develop promotion and EC IP collaboration execution plan. Develop the EC IP campaign (SBD/Hey box, etc) ideas by leveraging the brand campaign on the same time, translate the big idea across Tmall in-site and secure the out-site investment for the implementation plan. Execute, track and optimize the performance and do post evaluation to accumulate learnings. Closely work with EC operation team and TP for always on content management cross all in-site touch points. Continuously drive appearance of pillar products and gain daily sustainable growth.

4)10% Assist lead EC innovation across all platform. Include, but not limited to smart retail, optimize the data bank usage, E-CRM. And drive the successful model for further implementation.

Requirement:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above ,2-3 years working experience in digital& EC marketing related background is mandatory, Alibaba/JD operation related is better;

2、Prestige cosmetic industry experience is mandatory

3、Influent in English and Chinese, oral and written ,strong project management skill and solid knowhow of Alibaba platform,good at influence & communication skill ,solid data analysis ability and sensibility ,quick learner and willing to work under pressure
