EC Marketing Specialist

Purpose of the Position:

1. Help brand EC sales expansion with reasonable investment
2. Achieve NO.1 category on Tmall in city 1
3. Linkage the resource from out-site Marketing to in-site to achieve sales target

Key responsibilities:

1. EC Promotion management and consumer segmentation strategic support for sustainbale growth
2. Monthly manage in-site media and TP operation cost to manage business
3. Ensure EC communication assets and image align with brand positioning
4. Co-Work with EC spending allocation , cost control to increase ROI
5. Support Trade manager set EC platform strategy/positioning and business plan
6. Monitior and analysis market situation to find implication for EFM sales sales growth

Requirement:

• Understanding of EC channel business structure, Tmall experience is must have
• Good communication with across internal and external function
• Highly motivated team player and fast learner
• 3+ years E-marketing experience in beauty industy, device industy is plus
• Bachelor’s degree above
• Must have experience in-tao Paid media,ISV experience is plus
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Great skills to use Microsoft OFFICE software
• Fluent in both oral and written Japanese is a plus
