Purpose of the Position

This position is responsible for leading the development of go-to-market plan to best drive brand awareness and desirability, optimize consumer journey and engagement, improve new recruitment, and drive traffic to online and offline to achieve brand’s business goals.

The right talent must be a strong collaborative person, be cultural fit, open-minded and with strong ownership and analytical orientation. The core responsibilities include: lead product & promotion campaign, media/social platform, consumer insight, strong business sense and the ability to communicate well with BH, and both internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign lead and management

  • Fully understand the consumer insight, brand vision, product positioning and business target, to set effective IMC campaign strategy and plan to deliver brand message and KPI.
  • Manage and set guideline for brand contents delivery incl. global content adaptation, local social content production, own media content and KOL contents
  • Help to socialize the storytelling of product, ensuring consistency, efficiency and virality.

Cross-team Collaboration & Communication 

  • Collaborate closely with BH, Marketing, cross-function teams and Agencies to create IMC campaign plan and media social strategy.
  • Provide sensitive feedback and support for channel request and integrate it into IMC plan.
  • Develop efficiencies and improve effectiveness of the working process.

 Media & Social platform management & innovation

  • Deep analysis on key social platform: weibo/wechat/ douyin/red to deliver innovative idea and strategy, in order to improve investment efficiency.
  • Manage media and social budget, and co-op with DM to deliver the right budget allocation and kpi. Ensure financial process smooth and on time. 

 Data Management

Optimize customer segmentation enabled by the data from E-commerce ecosystem/media own data platform to increase campaign performance; Programmatic buy and oCPX; Social listening.



  1. Over 8 years of communication related experience.
  2. Strategic thinking and precise execution
  3. Ability and experience to work in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
  4. Superior organizational skills and project management skill, plus Commercial awareness
  5. Strong ownership and leadership
  6. Solid working knowledge of current internet technologies, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  7. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
