Purpose of the Position

  •   To be a coordinator for certain brand optimizations based on online channel campaigns and projects
  •   To be a data expert by leveraging ISV/TP/CRM agencies to develop brand insights to unlock the online growth.
  • Assist to complete the planning/proposal of activities for the external EC platform, and confirm the relevant internal and external business processes, to ensure the implementation and successful execution of the activities, and to promote the sales of each EC platform increase.

Key Responsibilities

  •   Manage ISV to enhance data driven precision marketing.
  •   Manage CRM agency to enhance the customer-based member program so as to increase the number of visits and sales of external e-commerce stores (brand flagship stores).
  •   Manage Content & Creative agency.
  •   Work with Brand team for Brand initiative Campaign landing.
  •   Work with IT & DX to design and deliver e-marketing initiatives
  • Conduct summary reports on online and offline activities, analyze the effects of the activities, continuously optimize the overall activity plan, and improve the return on investment ratio.

Competency

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc.

With a university degree
3-year marketing and data analytical experience.
1-2year E-commerce marketing experience familiar with e-commerce ecosystem
Nice to have JD marketing experience

Other Requirements 

Fluent English /excellent skill in PPT and EXCEL
