Roles & Responsibilities(業務内容)

 

  • Lead end-to-end product development lifecycles, from concept to launch, for brand Shiseido digital products, ensuring they meet quality, scope, and timeline objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and user stories.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Effectively communicate project status, updates, and potential roadblocks to stakeholders, both within and outside the organization.
  • Manage project risks by identifying potential issues, providing mitigation strategies, and adapting plans as necessary to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to ensure products meet user needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and refine product features.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of features and functionalities.
  • Drive digital product launches, including coordinating marketing and communication efforts to maximize product visibility and adoption.
  • Continuously monitor product performance and gather insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and industry best practices to inform product development strategies

 

 

Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)

 

Functional Competencies /

  • 5 years of experience in digital product management and project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, user stories, and product specifications.
  • Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

 

Qualification, Education, Experiences etc. /

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
