Senior IT Executive
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overseeing and coordinate for major IT key projects from Regional APAC HQ (Singapore) and the local team
• To provide “Level One” helpdesk support serving as the first point of contact for internal staff seeking technical assistance over the phone and/or email
• To provide application support, performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostics techniques and pertinent questions
• Running regular checks on Infrastructure, network, and data security
• Identifying and acting on opportunities on technical improvement
• Provide proper governance of IT management with Regional guidelines
• Record events and problems and their resolutions in logs
• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
• Vendor management on IT services
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;
b) Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;
c) Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in working in a MNC environment
- 5 years of experience in Infrastructure and Security operations
- Experience in vendor management
