PRIMARY FUNCTION

Reporting to the Retail Excellence, Manager in the Retail Excellence Business Function in Shiseido Travel Retail, the Retail Excellence Executive is responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of Retail Excellence strategies and projects across regions. These would include the development of retail and education materials and social content in the e-learning mobile app, collation of reports and any further administrative support for projects to drive Retail Excellence in Travel Retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordination and publication of brand and transversal e-learning content with gamification mechanics on the app portal.
• Support in the execution of training programs and development of tools in the Retail Excellence Development Academy.
• Support in Beauty Partner (BP) project implementation, BP community management, development of BP digital engagement content and initiatives in the mobile app.
• Execution and measurement of social posts and polls in the app portal.
• Support in the generation, analysis, and optimization of Retail Excellence KPI Reports.
• Coordination with external vendor and users on the maintenance of the mobile app.
• Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• High proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
• Creative, resourceful, social media savvy, people-orientated with good communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Detailed, numbers and result-driven with strong sense of responsibility.
• Able to multitask and show flexibility across priorities.
