PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Finance Executive will support the Commercial Finance Team mainly in the planning and reporting process. His / her key responsibilities are to support planning and reporting cycles which includes the consolidation and analysis of data, preparation of management reports with insightful variance analysis. The Finance Executive will also be involved in the data collation and validation for Global Transformation Projects.

The role will collaborate with business stakeholders such as Commercial, Brand, Operations and RHQ & HQ Finance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the quarterly, annual and mid-term planning cycles including template issuance, management consolidation, stakeholders’ submissions review, system input of management figures in SAP BPC.
• Prepare management and budget reports and perform analysis to provide insights to the business performance.
• Liaise with respective stakeholders for timely and accurate data submission
• Support data extraction, collation, and validation for Global Transformation Projects
• Support any other ad-hoc queries & finance projects

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy (or equivalent) with 1 to 2 years of working experience in an Audit or Finance role
• Comfortable in navigating through systems, large data sets processing and strong excel skills
• Good understanding of accounting concepts and key P&L performance indicators
• Flexible in approach, able to deliver based on changing business needs effectively and efficiently
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently and efficiently
• Organized, meticulous, with attention to details
• Working knowledge of SAP BPC will be advantageous
