MAIN PURPOSE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Infrastructure and Security Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, implementing security measures, overseeing a team of infrastructure and security professionals, and managing IT vendor relationships. This role also encompasses IT maintenance for offices and stores, as well as the implementation and management of workplace collaboration tools across the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, servers, storage, and cloud services.
  • Manage a team of infrastructure and security professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Oversee IT vendor relationships and contracts for outsourced services, ensuring service level agreements are met and vendors adhere to security standards.
  • Coordinate IT maintenance activities for offices and stores, including hardware and software upgrades, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Implement and manage workplace collaboration tools to facilitate communication and collaboration among employees.
  • Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to safeguard company data and assets.
  • Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and address security risks.
  • Lead incident response and forensic investigations in the event of security breaches or incidents.
  • Manage access controls, user authentication, and encryption technologies to protect sensitive information.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to proactively mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security requirements are integrated into all aspects of IT projects and initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and organizational training on security best practices and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure uninterrupted operations in the event of system failures or disasters.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of IT infrastructure and security operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and security.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security solutions.
  • Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, cloud platforms, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and SIEM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
