Shiseido EMEA, basé à Paris, couvre les activités mondiales des marques de parfum Issey Miyake, Narciso Rodriguez, Serge Lutens, Shiseido Fragrances, et Zadig&Voltaire et des marques de soin Ulé et Gallinée; ainsi que les activités et la distribution régionales de plusieurs marques du Groupe : Clé de Peau Beauté, Drunk Elephant, NARS, Shiseido Ginza Tokyo et Tory Burch.

 

Key responsibilities :

 

  1. Contribute to the performance development of Travel Retail teams (Beauty Consultants) in order to offer our consumers a unique in-store experience (60%):

 

  • Analyze and identify the training needs of the points of sale where training activities should be conducted, in collaboration with Retail Managers.
  • Organize and deliver training during annual and regional conferences for BCs.
  • Train Beauty Consultants, promoters, and Generic Staff at airports based on their specific needs.
  • Train new recruits on the complete catalog and sales techniques using a blended-learning format.
  • Coach the Top 20 BCs to meet brand requirements in terms of service and experience.
  • 60% travel required within the zone.

 

  1. Adapt and develop training presentations and digital training tools (20%):

 

  • Collaborate with international teams to adapt tools based on training needs and the Travel Retail target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Shiseido Travel Retail team to develop specific modules to enhance the expertise of sales associates.
  • Manage the feed and back office of the e-learning platform and application.
  • Develop training videos for major product launches.

 

  1. Reporting and budget monitoring (20%):

 

  • Assist the Retail Excellence Manager in budget management (create POs, manage invoices).
  • Develop reports after each training session and share feedback and best practices during monthly meetings with sales representatives.

 

Profile:

 

Required experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a training department (conducting training/coaching) in the cosmetics and perfume industry.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (90% of BC/Trainer trainings are conducted in English).

 

Desired skills:

  • Strong communication, leadership, and energy: comfortable with public speaking, with experience in conducting multiple trainings and events.
  • Pedagogical skills, methodology, and rigor.
  • Ability to manage projects and work in a team.
  • Digital experience.
  • Boutique/field sales experience.
  • Creativity and curiosity about the luxury industry and its professions.
  • Both business and consumer-centric oriented
  • Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Frequent travel within the zone is to be expected (60% of the time).
