MAIN TASKS

Coordination of training tools and modules with brand holder Drunk Elephant in the US and the local markets EMEA.

Implementation of the training policy within the EMEA perimeter, federate the training community in order to reach sales and marketing objectives in line with the brand strategy and HQ guidelines, for scope detailed above

 

Mission 1: Assist in the development and implementation of the training strategy

  • Collaborate on building the strategy and implementing key focused tasks
  • Monitor and reinforce the training strategy across the scope.

 

Mission 2: Responsible for coordination of training tools, training modules, digital content

  • Responsible for the coordination of training tools for initial and seasonal brand and product training – on and offline
  • Responsible for the coordination of contents for initial and seasonal brand and product knowledge,
  • Creation of specifics tools for main retailers.
  • Coordinate the feedback for the EMEA perimeter to the US and make suggestions to improve tools in line with market needs.

 

Mission 3: Develop and support the EMEA training community

  • Share responsibility of delivering community content (blogs/best practice sharing)
  • Support the organization and execution of training seminars to disseminate seasonal objectives, products knowledge and POS activities,
  • Support education development at local level – feedback and report on market needs and achievements

 

Activity 4: Manage the training pathway of new training managers

  • Execute the EMEA training for new training managers,
  • Build evaluation system for newly recruited training managers
  • Support new training managers development with market visit to conduct on the job training (advise, report with the line manager …)

 

Activity 5: Support and collaborate with the marketing team

  • Support and collaborate to build brand experience tools and strategy
  • Support by providing technique know how to execute brand experience or POS animation

 

Activity 6: To Develop incentives to capture mindset of Generic Beauty Consultant

  • To develop incentive for ambassador retail programs to support brand and or key launches

 

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Retail/Cosmetic within in a region
  • School of Training/Communication, Graduate Business School
  • Know the markets, products and cosmetic environment,
  • Know how to do oral and written communication,
  • Master Pack office
  • Languages: English and French.
